We rate our Residences to make them easier for you to choose:
Select – Keeping in mind that even our most basic and standard residences have been carefully selected, you can be relieved that your vacation will be wonderful experience. All Select residences have a pool and may include all villa staff (chambermaids, waiter/barman, cook or Chef). They also include an ocean view and although these properties do not have any private amenities, many have community amenities like a club house, gym, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, lap swimming pool, children’s wading pool, playground and restaurant. These vacation homes are our most affordable yet all are rich in vacation experience and service.
Superior – In addition to Standard residences, the Superior level properties offer a higher level of décor, size or architecture. They may include a private amenity like a Jacuzzi hot tub or maybe a fun amenity like a ping-pong table or billiards. Most of these villas are in a private, gated community with 24 hour security and surveillance to protect your privacy and exclusivity.
Luxury – These residences have a more sophisticated feel with luxurious décor and furnishings. They often times have a much better location with spectacular ocean views and usually have private amenities like sauna, steam room, game room or similar. All of these villas are in a private, gated community with 24 hour security and surveillance to protect your privacy and exclusivity.
Premium – For the most discerning and selective guest who spares no expense to be pampered, these select residences are the most luxurious, beautiful, breathtaking (with spectacular, one-of-a-kind ocean views), and loaded with amenities such as game room (Ping-Pong table, billiards, foosball table, poker table, board games), home theatre, sauna, steam room, massage room (although massages can be had in any area of the vacation home), hydro-massage room, in-house beauty spa with salon chairs, Gym/Exercise room, wine cellar (bring your own or buy select wines), tennis courts, racquetball court, paddle tennis court, night club (yes! A private night club in your vacation residence), private beach, helicopter pad and private yacht dock. All of these villas are in a private, gated community with 24 hour security and surveillance to protect your privacy and exclusivity.
